Gingerbread Man Competition
This competition is open to anyone through our email of info@dickorydockdesigns.co.uk until 31st December 2009. We have used this story in our latest catalogue adding a different ending. This competition is to write your own version of the story and submit it to our email address.
The story should be no longer than 500 words and be submitted before the closing date. Your name, age if under16 years, school or nursery name, phone number and email address should also be submitted with your entry to validate it. The winning entries and 3 runners up will be placed on our website after the closing date.
The three winning entries will be made by 31st January 2010, each receiving £50 (including Vat) to spend on our website before 31st March 2010. There are no cash alternatives.
Any version of the story entered will be credited with the writer but we will have copyright to publish it on our web site and any other publications including those announcing the winners. The story version needs to be your own and not copied from other sources, this will be accepted as your own version on entry but any copyright problems will not be with Dickory Dock Designs but with the writer submitting the entry.
The decision of the judges will be final and no correspondence entered into regarding winners or entries. Confirmation of receipt of entry will be sent by email. If, by any chance, two entries are the same then the first entry will be the one accepted for the competition and any others will be notified by email. Only one entry per person / email address allowed.
